I started Bare Bones Biz- a venture capital and consulting company - in 1995, to help folks of all ages turn their big ideas into successful businesses. I’m a columnist for PHC News, Business Journals, and lots of trade magazines– providing "in the trenches" insight that business owners can relate to.
Perhaps you’ve got a great idea for a business or you are ready to take your job and shove it. Maybe you have a business already, and it’s sucking the life out of you! From Friday evening to Sunday evening, I have put together a mini-book that will guide you through the process of clarifying your vision for your ideal business with an exact agenda.
For over 20 years Ellen has been growing businesses...her own and others. As a result, she has tons of experience helping small businesses. Check out Ellen's monthly online business workshops.

Hi!
I started my business with a scratch 16 yrs back.
Am a successful industrialist now, but just bored with my business as there is just 0 % growth & i feel i am have more creative capabilities which present business dont need too much ,only maintaining my present position ( growth is not because product has limited usage as such ),
Thinking of shutting it down & start a new growth oriented product,
Confused whether to continue with brain( good earning already established business) or go with heart ( new challenging business)
Kindly guide me
Thanks
Ashish jain
I vote…follow your heart! You could put a Biz Plan together to test out the idea before you kick it in! Check out the Buy Stuff page at http://www.barebonesbiz.com and look for the Weekend Biz Plan or the Bare Bones Biz Plan. xo$
