The Power of Business Basics

To keep this company out of trouble we hired others at an expense of hundreds of thousands annually. I trusted others to do the right thing without ever verifying what the right thing was! It was one of many growing experiences I have had in the business.

My most memorable experience was a few days with Ellen and Gail. Ellen and Gail were brought in to give us a triple espresso shot of financial intelligence. During the next few days I personally witnessed our company transform. It was amazing; questions that I never imagined asking were being answered by the great people in our company. Information was flowing back and forth; things were coming together like a recipe.
