• We are aiming for maximum impact. These Steps will be challenging, yet still simple to implement. You just have to be willing to raise your own personal standards.
• We'll meet twice a month...every other Monday.
  • Class is from 2-3 pm central time and Office Hours are from 3 to 3:30 pm...every session.
  • The first class of the month introduces the Step. The second class takes it deeper.
• Each Step will build on the next. So once we get started, we won't allow newcomers. This way you will be able to leverage the work done on each Step. Your on-going commitment will be rewarded...success gets easier and easier.

Yes! If you are a contractor, congratulations! Our experience is of service to you. However, no matter WHAT business you are in, the Steps are appropriate for you. They are good business habits.
